Founded in 1997 by Dr. Maritza Soto, OCG Human Resources and Management Consultants provides integrated consulting services primarily focused in human resources, small business, family business and general management consulting. OCG Human Resources and Management Consultants offers bilingual, bicultural consulting expertise while enhancing the knowledge and understanding of managing the day-to-day operations of the business. Our staff has more than twenty (20) years of experience in management, human resources, start-up operations and international business. Its clients range from manufacturing, governmental and private sector and small businesses
COMPANY HISTORY
The company began initially in 1997 with the intention of offering consulting services as a part time endeavor. The President, Maritza Soto, was a full time professor but also found that human resources consultants focused on large multinationals and none were focused on small and medium sized businesses. She then envisioned a company that could offer these services for this market that had lesser resources but the same needs.

To provide company decision makers with high quality, practical and useable and affordable Human Resources solutions to manage and their workforce to accomplish the company's business goals. This is done by understanding the nature of the company's business, understand the particular business need; educate our clients on legal implications and working with the decision makers to craft a solution to solve the issues.

Maritza Soto
Maritza Soto, PhD/JD
Dr. Maritza Soto is the President of OCG Human Resources and Management Consultants since 1997. She holds vast experience in the manufacturing, sales and service industries working for companies such as Amgen Inc, Baxter Healthcare and Wang Computers, Inc. She is a bar certified lawyer in the Puerto Rico and Federal courts as well as Professor of the University of Puerto Rico teaching management and human resources courses and was Director of the International Business Education Center of the same institution.
She holds various professional certifications in her field, such as Senior Certified Professional (SCP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), Certified On-line Instructor (COI) and a certification in Family Business Advising. She has given numerous conferences and seminars in Puerto Rico and abroad and has won various awards in her areas of expertise.
She is also President of the Puerto Rico Chapter of Organization of Women in International Trade, an international organization that fosters international business for men and women.
Griselle Torres
Griselle Torres, BBA, MEd
Energetic person with HR Management and Payroll experience. Creative and adaptable to work on own initiative or as part of a team, in the development and implementation of organizational goals, objectives, policies and procedures. Knowledge in Federal and Puerto Rico employment laws and regulations.
Multi-tasking capability, problem solving approach, critical thinker, high delegation responsibility, and ethical behavior. IT and research oriented, statistical analysis, accounting and payroll concepts. Proficient in Office and experience with ADP programs, Quickbooks, and Quicken.
Dalia Morales Otero
Dalia Morales Otero, BBA
A human resources specialist that has worked with various small businesses in the development and implementation of the human resources practices and policies. A graduate from the University of Puerto Rico Rio Piedras Campus with a mejor in office management and human resources.
Ms. Torres also works with event planning with certain customers that have requested these services in the past. Ms. Torres is currently finalizing a professional certification in Executive Coaching.
Bryan Ortiz
Bryan Ortiz, BBA, MHCM
A business development specialist that works directly with the coaching and mentoring of new businesses.
A graduate in International Management from Walden University, Mr. Ortiz also has a Master's degree in Health Care Management in order to provide even greater customer service to major existing customers in the health care field.
Aida Seda

An enthusiastic and dynamic Human Resources professional with proven experience and achievements as Human Resources Manager, Compensation and Training Specialist roles in different industrial sectors; Manufacturing Bio-Pharma, Cigarettes, Long Distance Telephone Services, Banking, and Electronic in companies such as Bristol Myers Squibb, RJReynolds Tobacco International, AT&T of PR, PRHome Mortgage and Micom Caribe, Inc..
Possess proficient knowledge in PR and Federal Labor Laws, HR Policies development, Compensation and Training needs Assessment, and excellent communication, teamwork oriented, analytical, organizing, planning, problem solving, challenging oriented and improver mindset skills.
